Hosting and website delivery

The website is deployed through Vercel. When you open the site or use its server-side API routes, Vercel may process technical request data needed for delivery, availability, debugging and security. This can include your IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status and browser or user-agent information.

Cloudflare

duskhaven.dev and the legacy alias explorerjeyko.dev use Cloudflare for DNS, HTTPS, caching, traffic filtering and protection against abusive traffic and bots. Cloudflare may process connection and security data such as IP addresses, request metadata and browser characteristics.

Discord login and dashboard

The dashboard uses Discord OAuth2 with the identify scope. After you sign in, the website receives your Discord user ID and the basic account information needed to identify you. A signed, secure HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in.

Dashboard and bot data

When you use the dashboard, the website can request server, channel, role, member, command, log and configuration data from the Dusk Haven bot backend. Protected data and actions are checked on the server before access is granted.

Support tickets

Support requests and dashboard tickets are handled through the Dusk Haven bot. Messages you send on the website can be synchronized with the matching private support channel on Discord.

Partner directory and applications

A partner application can include your Discord user ID, server ID, invite link, server description and optional contact details. If a partnership is approved, submitted server information may appear publicly in the partner directory.

Global Chat profiles and reports

Global Chat can show public profile information such as your Discord username, avatar, profile bio, ranking statistics and optional styling. Reports can include references to the reporter, message and moderation action.

Abuse prevention and moderation blocks

The service may use rate limits and store blocked Discord user IDs or email addresses. Security identifiers derived from recent public IP addresses may be used to prevent abuse.

Browser storage

Your selected website language and acknowledgement of the cookie notice can be stored in your browser using localStorage.

Cookies

Dusk Haven currently uses cookies that are necessary for authentication, login security and infrastructure protection. The site does not intentionally set advertising or tracking cookies.

External services

Links to Discord, Instagram, GitHub, LabyMod, Vercel, Sparked Host and other third-party services open external websites. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Legal basis and security

Where the GDPR applies, technical security and operation may rely on legitimate interests in providing a secure and reliable service. Processing that is needed to provide requested dashboard features may also be necessary to perform that service.

Login security notifications

After a successful Discord login, the website can pass the current request IP address and an approximate network-based location (for example city, region and country when supplied by the hosting edge) to the Dusk Haven bot. The bot uses this information to send a security notification to the same Discord account and to create a restricted security log. This is not GPS or precise device location data. Because the security notification is delivered through Discord, the IP address and approximate location shown in that notification are transmitted to Discord as message content.

How long data is kept

Session data is limited by the configured session lifetime. Support tickets, partner applications, reports, moderation blocks and related references may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

This privacy notice may be updated when the website, Discord login, hosting, bot features or connected services change. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
